Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Wrong, damaged, expired, or poor-quality products
• Packaging defects affecting product quality

• Not eligible: consumed items, customer damage, change of mind, taste preference

2. Refund Process

• Verified cases only
• Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

3. How to Request a Return

• Provide Order ID and photos of the issue
• Describe the problem in detail
• Wait for verification and resolution

4. Order Cancellation

• Free cancellation before preparation (usually within 30 mins)
• After preparation, cancellation not allowed
• Full refund for successful cancellations within 3-5 business days
